the machine was bought brand new and was used 4 times has been looked after and had a dedicated space, no scratches or any signs of use, the metal tool has not been used at all. the pen and the sharp ending are included, the pen was used to make a card but the sharp one was not used at all, will serve someone very well and great price to try it out without getting brand new machine, I will include a blank cotton bag and some vinyl so you can try it out as soon as it's delivered to you. cabling included
